   Corporate Massage

Corporate Seated Massage

Corporate Massage is seated massage in the workplace, involving the use of a specially designed, ergonomic and comfortable massage chair. In a ten to fifteen minute routine, key areas of the back, neck, shoulders and arms are massaged, leaving the recipient feeling refreshed, mentally alert and energised.

This is preventative treatment which reduces the likelihood of muscular-skeletal injuries and has been proven to increase productivity and reduce the physical and mental effects of stress.

Seated Massage is also a great addition to your company's stand at an expo or trade show; or for that one-off occasion in the workplace such as a day focusing on wellbeing and good health.

Vanessa Corrigan is an experienced, workplace massage practitioner, having worked in both small, private offices and larger government departments. If you are interested in arranging regular corporate massage at your workplace, or for that special one-off occasion, please contact Vanessa to discuss your options. It is possible to have one, two or three experienced practitioners providing massage, during the same time period.

Aromatherapy Hand Massage

A cream moisturiser, containing essential oils, is used as the medium for a ten minute massage treatment to the hands.

Hand massage relieves the aches and pains that can be associated with keyboard and everyday activities, while the aromatic cream softens the skin and soothes and calms the mind and senses.

The creams used, are formulated, and personally made, by Vanessa Corrigan.

Aromatherapy Hand Massage is a treatment with a difference which can be offered as an alternative, or even as an adjunct, to seated massage in the workplace, at trade fairs, exhibitions or at any group function.

Workplace Meditation

Sick leave and stress leave is gradually on the increase in government departments and private businesses, and is costing a large amount of money in lost productivity. Studies have shown that meditation helps to reduce sick leave and increase productivity in the workplace.

Employees who meditate regularly come to work happier, with increased emotional stability, and develop better work relationships. Meditation boosts performance and wellbeing, decreases anxiety, depression and chronic fatigue.

Workplace meditation can be conducted easily within the work environment. Sessions are 15 to 30 minutes in length. Multiple sessions can be conducted over a 1 or 2 hour period such as a lunch break.

No previous experience or knowledge is required by those who attend.
