I am 48 years old and have a beautiful 16 year old daughter who brings me so much joy.

After many unsatisfying years in adulthood I realised I did not want to continue on the path I was on. I knew there was far more of myself to discover. After completing a Post Graduate Diploma at the ANU, incorporating art, poetry and new media design. I embarked on an extensive spiritual journey. By chance I ran into an acquaintance who was attending a meditation group. I pointed my focus inward rather than purely on my external world. I became friends with myself. I realised I had been practicing many of the principals of meditation my whole life, living in the now, seeing the beauty in the world, the desire for self awareness, mindfullness.

My journey to becoming a holistic therapist began in 2000 when I attended Vision Quest in Melbourne. A 10 day personal development course which also trained me in EM, which is an energy modality very similar to rebirthing. Within the same year I also trained and was attuned as a Ki Force Practitioner (another energy modality) as well as Reiki. In 2002 a friend told me about EMF Balancing Technique and I did the phases with her as she was a practitioner. I was so impressed with the results I attended 2 training courses with Peggy Phoenix Dubro (the originator of the modality) and am now a Master in Practice, able to deliver all 8 phases. The energy of the EMF Balancing Technique is beautiful. It is like a graceful dance, communing with the universe, body and soul. The aim is self awareness, self empowerment, and self direction.

Over time the gifts I found in myself were how to feel the beauty and connection with "the moment". To hold a moment in time and see, feel, and experience what was around me. To see the uniqueness and beauty in every person. To honour their path and hold myself available if they needed a facilitator for change. Every one of us is amazing. We have experienced things no other on this earth has. We have experienced being ourselves.
